We are proud of our reputation for quality and craftsmanship, a reputation that makes Reitter Stucco, Inc. a trusted partner in today's construction industry.  Our professionalism and years of experience has enabled us to become a leader in our industry and we are proud to be recognized by Parex as the only Medallion Applicator in central Ohio.

stuccoStucco is a versatile facing material that can be applied to flat or curved surfaces outside any building or structure. Stucco has great appeal as a surface finish because of its utility, low first cost, and minimum need for maintenance.

In its hardened state, stucco is a desirable facing material: hard, strong, fire-resistant, and color-retentive. Because it is also breathable, or able to transmit moisture vapor, water that gets behind it does not become trapped.

Stucco has proved to be a durable wall cover in all climates, whether wet, dry, hot or cold. The final appearance of the finish coat can be varied by changing the size and shape of the aggregate, using colored cement, changing the consistency of the finish mix, and the applicator's skill in manipulating the finish coat.

StoneVeneerManufactured Stone Veneer is a manufactured stone made out of Portland Cement, lightweight natural aggregates and iron oxide pigments, all of which are basic components of natural stone.

Available in flats and corners, stone veneer is sized and shaped for better installation and is ideal for interior and exterior nonstructural veneer projects, such as house fronts, chimneys, foundations, fireplaces, freestanding walls and building exteriors.

There are many profiles and colors available. Stones are cast, unmolded and carefully packaged. The installed cost is 1/3 to 1/2 less than natural stone, it is lightweight, and requires no footings so expensive foundations can be eliminated while still providing the appearance of solid stone.Stone Veneer can be applied to any structurally sound surface and is installed directly to clean brick, block or concrete.

Permanent iron oxide dyes are applied and absorbed by the stone when it is cast, so the color becomes an internal part of the stone. The base color is blended throughout and the mortar can be colored to match as well. There are no noticeable changes in the color after years of weathering.

thinBrickThin Brick Veneer is perfect for interior or exterior wall covering. Beautiful thin brick veneer units are formed from shale and clay, and are kiln-fired. Thin brick is available in a broad spectrum of colors all of which are compatible for color coordinating and/or contrasting design statements.

These thin brick units are much like facing brick, except they are approximately 1/2" thick and 1/6 the weight of standard brick so extra structural support is not needed. Thin brick require no special foundations or footings so they can be applied where full-size brick cannot.

The face sizes are the same as conventional brick and therefore, when in place, give the appearance of a conventional brick masonry wall.

Thin Brick Veneer can be used in commercial projects as well as residential and is great for architectural detailing.

EIFSExterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) are multi-layered exterior wall systems that are used on both commercial buildings and homes. They provide superior energy efficiency and offer much greater design flexibility than other cladding products.

EIFS account for nearly 30% of the US commercial exterior wall market. EIFS typically consist of the following components:

-Insulation board, made of foam, which is secured to the exterior wall surface with a specially formulated adhesive and/or mechanical attachment.

-A durable, water-resistant base coat, which is applied on top of the insulation and reinforced with fiber glass mesh for added strength.
-An attractive and durable finish coat, which is both colorfast and crack-resistant.
